單位證明函撰寫(xiě)說(shuō)明：

單位出具的《在職及收入證明函》幾乎可以說(shuō)是簽證申請中的核心材料之一。格式、內容規范，措辭鄭重、得體的信函，可以從一個(gè)側面表現出申請者所在單位的良好形象，給簽證官留下較好的印象，起到為申請加分的作用。

一、辦理簽證所要求的內容要素必須完整

外國駐華使、領(lǐng)館一般要求單位證明函包含以下內容：

1．單位確認申請者姓名、護照號、在本單位工作年限、現任職務(wù)、現工資水平等；

2．單位確認申請者此行是公費，還是自費；

3．單位確認是否擔保在申請者出國期間，為其保留職位和工資。

以上是單位證明函內容的一般要求。而不同類(lèi)型單位的證明函出具也有不同的講究。

二、國家機關(guān)出具證明函的規范

國家機關(guān)包括各級人民代表大會(huì )及其常務(wù)委員會(huì )（也就是我國的各級議會(huì )）、政府機關(guān)和司法機關(guān)。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，國家機關(guān)的公務(wù)員工作和收入都相當穩定，有利于簽證辦理。但是千萬(wàn)不要被內容不完整、形式草率的單位證明函給拉后腿。

國家機關(guān)出具證明函應注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1．中國是一個(gè)主權國家；漢語(yǔ)言文字是國家的官方語(yǔ)文。而依照外交規范，國家機關(guān)向外國政府及其派出的使節出具的公函，也屬于外交照會(huì )的范疇。因此，國家機關(guān)出具證明信，只出具中文版本，并加蓋公章，作為正式的語(yǔ)言版本；英文翻譯稿不蓋章，附在中文正本后面，作為非正式附件，以方便使館領(lǐng)事人員閱讀理解。

2．信函要打印在單位套頭印刷的專(zhuān)用信箋上。如果有外文版的外事專(zhuān)用信箋就更好。公章可蓋人事部門(mén)的部門(mén)章，也可加蓋單位公章。

3．英文稿既然是非正式附件，就不用打印在單位套頭印刷的專(zhuān)用信箋上，可打印在空白的A4紙上，且不蓋章，也不簽名。但仍應采用正式公文體的格式、字體和措辭（如“whereas鑒于”、“hereby茲/特此”、“hereinafter以下/下文”等公文用的文縐縐的“拽”詞可以適當運用）。

4．無(wú)論是中文稿，還是英文稿，我方、外方的國號、政府機構名稱(chēng)都必須規范。如英國的全稱(chēng)是“大不列顛及北愛(ài)爾蘭聯(lián)合王國the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland”。

要弄清楚對方是駐華大使館（embassy）還是駐某個(gè)城市的領(lǐng)事館(consulate)，級別是不一樣的。

各國的規范英文全稱(chēng)附在本文后面。

如果實(shí)在搞不準規范的國號全稱(chēng)，可以用規范的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，如：Embassy of the Commonwealth of Australia（澳大利亞聯(lián)邦駐華大使館），可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為Australian Embassy in China；但英國大使館不可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為British Embassy，應為Embassy of the United Kingdom；美國大使館不可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為American Embassy，而是Embassy of the United States，或U. S. Embassy。

各級國家機關(guān)、公務(wù)員職務(wù)的名稱(chēng)，都有其對應的規范的英文名稱(chēng)。外交部曾經(jīng)發(fā)布過(guò)規范譯名?，F附于本說(shuō)明之后。

以上是國家機關(guān)出具外事證明函的一般外交規范。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，地、市級以上國家機關(guān)都設有外事辦公室。具體的外事公文規范，以外事辦的解釋為準。

三、民間機構出具證明函的要求

民間機構出具的函件，規格不必像國家機關(guān)的那樣正式。但所要求的內容要素一樣也不能少。

格式上，也顯得鄭重一些，采用一般商業(yè)公函的格式。措辭上可以免去政府公文的一些文縐縐的“拽”詞兒，顯得更加簡(jiǎn)潔、更加straight一些。

對外國駐華使館的英文稱(chēng)呼可以不用全稱(chēng)，但一定要用規范的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)。如，英國駐華大使館，可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)Embassy of the United Kingdom（英國正式的全稱(chēng)是the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland），或Embassy of the UK，不要用不規范的British Embassy；美國大使館，可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)Embassy of the United States（美國全稱(chēng)the United States of America），或者U. S. Embassy，不要用American Embassy。

民間職業(yè)、職位、職稱(chēng)等實(shí)在太多，本文無(wú)法一一列舉。驢友可參考以下帖子，那里上傳了一份長(cháng)達53頁(yè)的職位、職稱(chēng)大全（但是注意里面的許多國家公務(wù)員職務(wù)名稱(chēng)是不規范的，不要采用）：

單位證明函撰寫(xiě)說(shuō)明：

單位出具的《在職及收入證明函》幾乎可以說(shuō)是簽證申請中的核心材料之一。格式、內容規范，措辭鄭重、得體的信函，可以從一個(gè)側面表現出申請者所在單位的良好形象，給簽證官留下較好的印象，起到為申請加分的作用。

一、辦理簽證所要求的內容要素必須完整

外國駐華使、領(lǐng)館一般要求單位證明函包含以下內容：

1．單位確認申請者姓名、護照號、在本單位工作年限、現任職務(wù)、現工資水平等；

2．單位確認申請者此行是公費，還是自費；

3．單位確認是否擔保在申請者出國期間，為其保留職位和工資。

以上是單位證明函內容的一般要求。而不同類(lèi)型單位的證明函出具也有不同的講究。

二、國家機關(guān)出具證明函的規范

國家機關(guān)包括各級人民代表大會(huì )及其常務(wù)委員會(huì )（也就是我國的各級議會(huì )）、政府機關(guān)和司法機關(guān)。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，國家機關(guān)的公務(wù)員工作和收入都相當穩定，有利于簽證辦理。但是千萬(wàn)不要被內容不完整、形式草率的單位證明函給拉后腿。

國家機關(guān)出具證明函應注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1．中國是一個(gè)主權國家；漢語(yǔ)言文字是國家的官方語(yǔ)文。而依照外交規范，國家機關(guān)向外國政府及其派出的使節出具的公函，也屬于外交照會(huì )的范疇。因此，國家機關(guān)出具證明信，只出具中文版本，并加蓋公章，作為正式的語(yǔ)言版本；英文翻譯稿不蓋章，附在中文正本后面，作為非正式附件，以方便使館領(lǐng)事人員閱讀理解。

2．信函要打印在單位套頭印刷的專(zhuān)用信箋上。如果有外文版的外事專(zhuān)用信箋就更好。公章可蓋人事部門(mén)的部門(mén)章，也可加蓋單位公章。

3．英文稿既然是非正式附件，就不用打印在單位套頭印刷的專(zhuān)用信箋上，可打印在空白的A4紙上，且不蓋章，也不簽名。但仍應采用正式公文體的格式、字體和措辭（如“whereas鑒于”、“hereby茲/特此”、“hereinafter以下/下文”等公文用的文縐縐的“拽”詞可以適當運用）。

4．無(wú)論是中文稿，還是英文稿，我方、外方的國號、政府機構名稱(chēng)都必須規范。如英國的全稱(chēng)是“大不列顛及北愛(ài)爾蘭聯(lián)合王國the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland”。

要弄清楚對方是駐華大使館（embassy）還是駐某個(gè)城市的領(lǐng)事館(consulate)，級別是不一樣的。

各國的規范英文全稱(chēng)附在本文后面。

如果實(shí)在搞不準規范的國號全稱(chēng)，可以用規范的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)，如：Embassy of the Commonwealth of Australia（澳大利亞聯(lián)邦駐華大使館），可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為Australian Embassy in China；但英國大使館不可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為British Embassy，應為Embassy of the United Kingdom；美國大使館不可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)為American Embassy，而是Embassy of the United States，或U. S. Embassy。

各級國家機關(guān)、公務(wù)員職務(wù)的名稱(chēng)，都有其對應的規范的英文名稱(chēng)。外交部曾經(jīng)發(fā)布過(guò)規范譯名?，F附于本說(shuō)明之后。

以上是國家機關(guān)出具外事證明函的一般外交規范。一般來(lái)說(shuō)，地、市級以上國家機關(guān)都設有外事辦公室。具體的外事公文規范，以外事辦的解釋為準。

三、民間機構出具證明函的要求

民間機構出具的函件，規格不必像國家機關(guān)的那樣正式。但所要求的內容要素一樣也不能少。

格式上，也顯得鄭重一些，采用一般商業(yè)公函的格式。措辭上可以免去政府公文的一些文縐縐的“拽”詞兒，顯得更加簡(jiǎn)潔、更加straight一些。

對外國駐華使館的英文稱(chēng)呼可以不用全稱(chēng)，但一定要用規范的簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)。如，英國駐華大使館，可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)Embassy of the United Kingdom（英國正式的全稱(chēng)是the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland），或Embassy of the UK，不要用不規范的British Embassy；美國大使館，可以簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)Embassy of the United States（美國全稱(chēng)the United States of America），或者U. S. Embassy，不要用American Embassy。

民間職業(yè)、職位、職稱(chēng)等實(shí)在太多，本文無(wú)法一一列舉。驢友可參考以下帖子，那里上傳了一份長(cháng)達53頁(yè)的職位、職稱(chēng)大全（但是注意里面的許多國家公務(wù)員職務(wù)名稱(chēng)是不規范的，不要采用）：
