POINTS OF ATTENTION 

1.This certificate is the legal proof of housing ownership and land use rights, it’s only valid after being stamped by the issuing organ and the issuing & filling-in unit.
2.In cases of Housing ownership and land use rights setting-up, transfer, change and termination, the oblige shall abide by the laws, regulations, rules and regulations and apply for relevant registration promptly.
3.This certificate shall be under proper keep. One should apply for re-issue another one promptly after losing or destroying the previous one.
4.The certificate shall not be altered. A altered certificate is invalid, and people concerned with the alteration will be investigated for legal liability according to law. Any other units or individuals other than the certificate-issuing office  shall not affix any word or any seal over this certificate. 
5.When the housing and land registration authority need to verify the certificate for work, the certificate holder shall bring forth this certificate.

注意事項

一． 本證是房屋所有權和土地使用權的法律憑證，經(jīng)發(fā)證機關(guān)和填發(fā)單位蓋章生效。

二． 房屋所有權和土地使用權設立，轉讓?zhuān)兏?，終止的，權利人應遵守法律，法規，規章等有關(guān)規定，及時(shí)申請辦理有關(guān)登記。

三． 本證應妥善保管，如有遺失或損毀，應及時(shí)申請補發(fā)。

四． 本證不得涂改。涂改的證書(shū)無(wú)效，并依法追究有關(guān)人員的法律責任。

五． 房屋和土地登記機關(guān)因工作需要核查證書(shū)時(shí)，持證人應出示此證。
