戶(hù)口本翻譯模板注意事項及常用詞匯

1．戶(hù)號：Household number
2．集體戶(hù)：Corporate，非農業(yè)集體戶(hù)：Non-agricultural corporate。（集體戶(hù)口常住人口登記卡：Registry of De Jure Population in Corporate Household）
3．派出所Police station；公安分局Public Security Sub-Bureau（市轄區級）；公安局Public Security Bureau（地、市、縣級）；公安廳Public Security Department（省級）
4．戶(hù)主或與戶(hù)主關(guān)系
a、戶(hù)主本人，就填Householder himself或Householder herself。
b、如果是戶(hù)主的父母、配偶、兒女、兄弟、姐妹，直接填Father、Mother、Husband、Wife、Son、Daughter、Brother、Sister即可。
c、長(cháng)子、次子之類(lèi)，不需要加first，second之類(lèi)的序數詞，因為具體欄目里已經(jīng)有出生日期，年齡大小自然就比較出來(lái)了。
d、兒媳、女婿不可用Son-in-law/Daughter-in-law，易引起歧義（多數情況下指“養子女”或“繼子女”），應當用Son’s wife/Daughter’s husband。

居民戶(hù)口簿具有證明居民身份狀況以及家庭成員間相互關(guān)系的法律效力，是戶(hù)口登記機關(guān)進(jìn)行戶(hù)籍調查、核對的主要依據。戶(hù)籍登記機關(guān)工作人員進(jìn)行戶(hù)籍調查、核對時(shí)，戶(hù)主或本戶(hù)成員應主動(dòng)交驗居民戶(hù)口簿。
The Household Register is a legal instrument for proving the citizenship and relationship between family members. It is the main basis for inquiring and checking the household registration status of citizens by the Household Registration Organ. 戶(hù)主對居民戶(hù)口簿應妥善保管，嚴禁私自涂改、轉讓、出借。如有遺失，須立即報告戶(hù)口登記機關(guān)。

居民戶(hù)口簿登記權屬于戶(hù)口登記機關(guān)，其他任何單位和個(gè)人不得在簿上作任何記載。 Only the Household Registration Organ may record data onto the Household Register. None of the other organizations or individuals may record anything onto the Household Register.
本戶(hù)如有人員增減或者登記事項發(fā)生變動(dòng)，應持居民戶(hù)口簿到戶(hù)口登記機關(guān)申報登記。 If any of the registered items, such as the number of family members, have changed, the holder of the Household Register shall bring the Household Register to the Household Registration Organ for updating.
