世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì )成立大會(huì )7月12日在京舉行。世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì )國際組織總部設在中國北京，大會(huì )組織機構包括會(huì )員大會(huì )、理事會(huì )、秘書(shū)處、高級別咨詢(xún)委員會(huì )和專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì )等。世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì )（烏鎮峰會(huì )）將轉型為國際組織年會(huì )，此外還將舉辦區域性、專(zhuān)題性論壇或研討會(huì )。已有來(lái)自6大洲近20個(gè)國家的百家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的機構、組織、企業(yè)及個(gè)人加入，成為世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì )初始會(huì )員。其中包括享譽(yù)全球的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)、權威行業(yè)機構、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)名人堂入選者等。

世界互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會(huì )國際組織將在增進(jìn)理念共識上，著(zhù)眼當前網(wǎng)絡(luò )空間的新挑戰、新問(wèn)題，堅持開(kāi)放包容，更好推動(dòng)國際社會(huì )化解分歧、凝聚共識。在數字經(jīng)濟發(fā)展上，發(fā)揮好數字經(jīng)濟對經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展的推進(jìn)器作用，成為全球數字化轉型和數字賦能的重要動(dòng)力源泉。在數字技術(shù)創(chuàng )新上，加強國際社會(huì )協(xié)同創(chuàng )新，培育更多創(chuàng )新成果，推動(dòng)人類(lèi)科技進(jìn)步。在文化交流上，推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò )媒體合作，加強網(wǎng)絡(luò )文化建設，促進(jìn)文明互鑒，提高公眾數字素養，促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò )文化產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。在規則制定上，持續推進(jìn)全球互聯(lián)網(wǎng)治理進(jìn)程，推進(jìn)全球會(huì )員企業(yè)、研究機構、高校等在治理規則和技術(shù)標準等方面的探討交流。在對話(huà)合作上，更好為各國政府、國際組織、跨國企業(yè)、技術(shù)社群搭建交流合作平臺。
