口譯技巧2諺語(yǔ)翻譯
諺語(yǔ)的口譯大致可分為三種類(lèi)型，第一種是“形同意合”的口譯，第二種是“形似意合”的口譯，第三種是“形異意同”的口譯。

形同意合型

1. 賓至如歸 When the visitor arrives, it is as if returning home 2.眼見(jiàn)為實(shí)/百聞不如一見(jiàn) Seeing is believing.

3.公事公辦 Business is business.

4.文如其人 The style is the man.

5.渾水摸魚(yú) Fish in troubled waters.

6.事實(shí)勝于雄辯 Facts speak louder than words.

7.失敗乃成功之母 Failure is the mother of success.

8.有其父必有其子 Like father ,like son.

9.英雄所見(jiàn)略同 Great minds think alike.

10.禍不單行 Misfortunes never come alone.

11.隔籬有眼，隔墻有耳 Hedges have eyes ,walls have ears.

12.謀事在人,成事在天 Man proposes,God disposes.

13.禍從口出/言多必失 The tongue cuts the throat.

14.眼不見(jiàn)為凈 Out of sight ,out of mind.

15.無(wú)官一身輕 Out of office, out of danger.

16.前事不忘，后事之師 The remembrance of the past is the teacher of the future.

形似意合性

1.班門(mén)弄斧 Teach fish to swim.

2.愛(ài)屋及烏 Love me ,love my dog.

3.殺雞儆猴 Beat the dog before the lion.

4.胸有成竹 Have a card up one's sleeve.

5.本末倒置 Put the cart before the horse.

6.強中更有強中手 Diamond cut diamond.

7.拿了手軟，吃了嘴軟 Gifts blind the eyes.

8.無(wú)風(fēng)不起浪 There is no smoke without fire.

9.新官上任三把火 A new broom sweeps clean.

10.不要恩將仇報 Don't bite the hand that feeds you .

11.天涯何處無(wú)芳草 There are plenty of fish in the sea.

12.一箭雙雕/一石二鳥(niǎo) Kill two birds with one stone.

13.說(shuō)曹操，曹操到 Speak of the devil ,and he will appear.

14.水能載舟，亦能覆舟 The same knife cuts bread and fingers.

15.身正不怕影子斜 　A straight foot is not afraid of a crooked shoe.

16.燕雀安知鴻鵠之志 A sparrow cannot understand the ambition of a swan.

形異意合型

1.人非圣賢孰能無(wú)過(guò)/金無(wú)足赤人無(wú)完人 A horse stumbles that has four legs.

2.大器晚成 Late fruit keeps well.

3.事與愿違 All your swans are geese.

4.生命在于運動(dòng) Rest breeds rust.

5.因大失小 Penny wise and pound foolish.

6.五十步笑百步 The pot calls the kettle black.

7.天網(wǎng)恢恢疏而不漏 Justice has long arms.

8. 心急吃不了熱豆腐 A watched pot never boils.

9.小巫見(jiàn)大巫 The moon is not seen when the sun shines.

10.君子之交淡如水 A hedge(樹(shù)籬） between keeps friendship green.

11.醉翁之意不在酒 Many kiss the baby for the nurse's sake.

12.三個(gè)和尚沒(méi)水吃 Everybody's business is nobody's business.

13.不要過(guò)早打如意算盤(pán) Don't count the chicken before they are hatched.(孵化）

14.禍兮福所倚，福兮禍所伏 Misfortune might be a blessing in disguise.(偽裝）

15.失之東隅，收之桑榆/失鱈得鯡 What we lose in hake(鱈） we shall have in herring（鯡）.

16.各人自?huà)唛T(mén)前雪，莫管他人瓦上霜 Save your breath to cool your porridge.(粥）

17.留得青山在，不愁沒(méi)柴燒 The sheeperd would rather lose the wool than the sheep.

18.一燕不成夏 One swallow does not make a summer
