Many of the deputies and journalists who gathered in Beijing's Great Hall of the People were happy to have their smartphones.

日前聚集在北京人民大會(huì )堂的許多代表和記者都很慶幸自己帶了智能手機。

Rather than flipping through the roughly 40-page-long Government Work Report, mobile-savvy attendees could scan a QR code on the report's first page and view engaging videos and graphics set to music.

精通移動(dòng)技術(shù)的與會(huì )者可以?huà)呙枵ぷ鲌蟾媸醉?yè)上的二維碼，觀(guān)看配有音樂(lè )、引人入勝的視頻和圖表，而不必翻閱這份長(cháng)約40頁(yè)的報告。

It was a first in the history of the National People's Congress and consistent with trends in the digital age, as people are spending more time reading on their smartphones.

這在全國人大史上尚屬首次，也符合數字時(shí)代的趨勢——人們在智能手機上閱讀的時(shí)間正不斷增加。

Premier Li Keqiang delivered the report at the annual plenary session, but deputies and journalists could also access the mobile version with a simple scan.

李克強總理在年度全體會(huì )議上提交了紙質(zhì)報告，但代表和記者也可以通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的掃描方式訪(fǎng)問(wèn)移動(dòng)版。

The mobile report includes animations and graphics that make the numbers easier to understand. For example, in a presentation of data relating to air pollution, gray skies turn to blue.

這份移動(dòng)版報告內含動(dòng)畫(huà)和圖表，使數據更易理解。比如陳述空氣污染相關(guān)數據時(shí)，天空顏色由灰變藍。

The mobile-friendly report highlighted Premier Li Keqiang's pledge to build a strong internet industry.

這份移動(dòng)友好型報告凸顯了國務(wù)院總理李克強打造強大的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的承諾。

"In the age of the internet, faster and more cost-effective information networks are crucial to the development of every sector," the report said.

報告指出：“在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代，更快和更具成本效益的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò )是每一個(gè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵?！?/font>
