習近平文聯(lián)十大、作協(xié)九大開(kāi)幕式講話(huà)要點(diǎn) 11月30日，中國文學(xué)藝術(shù)界聯(lián)合會(huì )第十次全國代表大會(huì )（the 10th Congress of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles，CFLAC）、中國作家協(xié)會(huì )第九次全國代表大會(huì )（the ninth Congress of the Chinese Writers Association，CWA）在北京人民大會(huì )堂開(kāi)幕。中共中央總書(shū)記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平出席大會(huì )并發(fā)表重要講話(huà)。
他對廣大文藝工作者提出了四點(diǎn)希望： 第一，希望大家堅定文化自信，用文藝振奮民族精神。 The first is "to consolidate the confidence in Chinese culture and use art to inspire people." 創(chuàng )作出具有鮮明民族特點(diǎn)和個(gè)性的優(yōu)秀作品，要對博大精深的中華文化有深刻的理解，更要有高度的文化自信。 To create outstanding works with vivid national characteristics and unique personal style, one must have a profound understanding of Chinese culture and a high level of cultural confidence. 實(shí)現中華民族偉大復興，必須堅定中國特色社會(huì )主義道路自信、理論自信、制度自信、文化自信。廣大文藝工作者要善于從中華文化寶庫中萃取精華、汲取能量，使自己的作品成為激勵中國人民和中華民族不斷前行的精神力量。 To revive the nation, we must be confident in our path, in our theory and in our system as well as our culture. Artists should learn to draw essence and power from Chinese culture to create classical works to inspire people. 廣大文藝工作者要把培育和弘揚社會(huì )主義核心價(jià)值觀(guān)作為根本任務(wù)，堅定不移用中國人獨特的思想、情感、審美去創(chuàng )作屬于這個(gè)時(shí)代、又有鮮明中國風(fēng)格的優(yōu)秀作品。 Promoting socialist core values should be fundamental to artists and writers, who should firmly resort to Chinese people's thoughts, emotions and aesthetics to create works catering to the times, featuring notable Chinese elements. 第二，希望大家堅持服務(wù)人民，用積極的文藝歌頌人民。 The second is to "serve and praise the people with positive works". 人民是歷史的創(chuàng )造者，是時(shí)代的雕塑者。廣大文藝工作者要觀(guān)照人民的生活、命運、情感，表達人民的心愿、心情、心聲，立志創(chuàng )作出在人民中傳之久遠的精品力作。 People are the creators of history and sculptors of time. Artists should care about people's lives, voices and emotion, and create works that inspire the people and are appreciated by the people. 一切有抱負、有追求的文藝工作者都應該追隨人民腳步，走出方寸天地，閱盡大千世界，讓自己的心永遠隨著(zhù)人民的心而跳動(dòng)。 All artists and writers with ambitions and pursuits should step outside their own space and embrace the diversity of the world, letting their hearts beat in rhythm with the people's. 第三，希望大家勇于創(chuàng )新創(chuàng )造，用精湛的藝術(shù)推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng )新發(fā)展。 The third expectation is to "be more innovative" . 優(yōu)秀作品反映著(zhù)一個(gè)國家、一個(gè)民族文化創(chuàng )新創(chuàng )造的能力和水平。中國人民不僅將為人類(lèi)貢獻新的發(fā)展模式、發(fā)展道路，而且將把自己在文化創(chuàng )新創(chuàng )造中取得的成果奉獻給世界。 Artworks reflect a nation's soft power and creativity. China should not only provide the world a development model but a variety of great artworks. 第四，希望大家堅守藝術(shù)理想，用高尚的文藝引領(lǐng)社會(huì )風(fēng)尚。 The last is to "hold the ideal and inspire society with high-end culture." 廣大文藝工作者承擔著(zhù)以文化人、以文育人的職責，應該用藝術(shù)熏陶啟迪人的心靈，傳遞向善向上的價(jià)值觀(guān)。 Artists have the responsibility to educate people, inspire people and promote positive values. 在講話(huà)的最后，習近平表示，文藝作品不是神秘靈感的產(chǎn)物，它的藝術(shù)性、思想性、價(jià)值取向總是通過(guò)文學(xué)家、藝術(shù)家對歷史、時(shí)代、社會(huì )、生活、人物等方方面面的把握來(lái)體現。 面對生活之樹(shù)，我們既要像小鳥(niǎo)一樣在每個(gè)枝丫上跳躍鳴叫，也要像雄鷹一樣從高空翱翔俯視。中國不乏生動(dòng)的故事，關(guān)鍵要有講好故事的能力；中國不乏史詩(shī)般的實(shí)踐，關(guān)鍵要有創(chuàng )作史詩(shī)的雄心。 This is the tree of life. We should sing and hop between the branches and leaves like little birds, and also fly and take a view from high above like eagles.
