The meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee analyzed the COVID-19 situation and economic performance at home and abroad.

習近平指出，我國防范疫情輸入壓力不斷加大，復工復產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展面臨新的困難和挑戰。
Noting that China is under rising pressure of guarding against imported COVID-19 cases, Xi said new difficulties and challenges have emerged for China's work resumption and economic and social development.

當前我國疫情防控階段性成效進(jìn)一步鞏固，復工復產(chǎn)取得重要進(jìn)展，經(jīng)濟社會(huì )運行秩序加快恢復。同時(shí)，國際疫情持續蔓延，世界經(jīng)濟下行風(fēng)險加劇，不穩定不確定因素顯著(zhù)增多。我國防范疫情輸入壓力不斷加大，復工復產(chǎn)和經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展面臨新的困難和挑戰。
疫情防控常態(tài)化，就是要根據國內外疫情新形勢，及時(shí)完善疫情防控策略和應對舉措，把重點(diǎn)放在外防輸入、內防反彈上來(lái)，保持我國疫情防控形勢持續向好態(tài)勢。內防反彈，要建立健全及時(shí)發(fā)現、快速處置、精準管控、有效救治的常態(tài)化防控機制，嚴格落實(shí)早發(fā)現、早報告、早隔離、早治療要求。外防輸入，要加強口岸衛生檢疫，優(yōu)化入境流程，落實(shí)入境人員集中隔離要求，快速精準識別和管控風(fēng)險源、風(fēng)險點(diǎn)，筑牢嚴密防線(xiàn)。在確保疫情防控到位的前提下，加快恢復生產(chǎn)生活秩序，做好經(jīng)濟社會(huì )發(fā)展各項工作。
